13 Must-Have Songs On My Fitness Playlist

I’m all about yoga and hiking. I bought a gym membership this year and have gone TWICE. I’ve found that for me, at the gym, working with a trainer really worked for me–but once it was me by myself, I had no idea how to use any of the weights and the machines. I think the reason why I stick to yoga and hiking is because I see such amazing results (and pretty quickly).  One day, I am going to go to the gym and find something that works for me–and when I do, trust me, I’ll be sure to share.

With yoga, the music is there for me: anything Odesza always puts me in the mood; some Chet Faker doesn’t hurt either. Yet when it comes to hiking (or any form of cardio for that matter) my playlist completely changes. Honestly, there are some songs you’ll always find on my playlist for my workouts. There is no rhyme or reason when it comes to my taste in music, one moment I’ll be super zen and the next moment I’m rapping to Tupac. Check out my go-to favorites below:
