I am obsessed with everything bananas. I love banana gelato, banana pudding, banana cheesecake, bananas in my froyo–you name it! Not to mention I love the actual fruit as well LOL. I just had a banana for breakfast now that I think of it! The only thing I am not a fan of is banana flavored candy…the banana Laffy Taffy? Easily my least favorite flavor! But back to my LOVE for bananas. So, the one thing I have been dying to share with you all is my ONE BOWL banana bread recipe. I am not a very good cook, nor am I someone who can work off of remembering a “pinch of this” or a “pinch of that.” I am a MAJOR recipe follower. I love simple recipes and I’d like to think that I am a good baker! 🙂
The reason why I love this recipe so much is because it’s 1) delicious, 2) easy to follow and 3) you can score you some major points with minimal effort! This banana bread recipe is super easy and although I do not have pictures, I will make some (hopefully) this weekend and post it on my Instagram. Check out the recipe below.
Things you will need:
-4 ripe bananas
-1/4 cup melted butter
-3/4 cup white sugar
-1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-(OPTIONAL) I like to add a teaspoon of vanilla extract for extra sweetness
-Preheat oven to 350. Butter a loaf pan and set aside.
-DUMP EVERYTHING INTO THE BOWL AND MIX! LOL
-Add everything from the bowl into the buttered loaf pan.
-Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 20 minutes and SERVE.
