1. SALSA & BEER – Not even sure where to begin. The food is SO good and SO authentic. My only piece of advice – go on a weekday OR make sure you’re ready to wait at least 30 minutes.
  2. IL TRAMEZZINO – THE Pressed Nutella Croissant – my dream! I have been going to Il Tram since high school with my best friends Meghan and Rachael. We’d end up having an Il Tram dinner date at least once a month and made SURE to always get their dessert. Ladies, we need to go back ASAP.
  3. LEO & LILY – Their crispy and crunchy french toast…YUM! It’s definitely one of the hidden gems in the valley. A go-to breakfast spot for me, for sure.
  4. GREEN COTTAGE – If you want a healthy option for Mediterranean food, their koobideh kabob is where it’s at. The Encino location (Ventura and Louise) is my fave!
  5. DAGLAS – I’ve lived in the valley my whole life and just tried Daglas in 2017. I must’ve been living under a rock! My boyfriend brought home a cheeseburger, pastrami sandwich and a BAG of fries…the rest was history. Their fries are AMAZING!
  6. ROLADIN – If you haven’t found a good shakshuka, look no more! My favorite shakshuka EVER!
  7. JOEY WOODLAND HILLS – This is by far my go-to dinner spot in the valley, I’ve had my birthday at this restaurant; date nights with CA; family dinners; and many, MANY girls nights. It has the BEST vibe with the most delicious food. I highly recommend this restaurant – great variety of dishes and it’s located in The Village in Woodland Hills. So delish!
  8. LUM KA NAAD – I LOVE pad Thai noodles. No really, every single time I eat pad Thai noodles I say OUT LOUD: “Never met a pad Thai I didn’t like!” LOL. I just love Thai food and my cousin James introduced me to this place and it’s a favorite now!
  9. NICOLA’S KITCHEN – Best. Italian. Food. Period. Try their pasta scramble – whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner!
  10. THE LITTLE IZAKA-YA – It’s a must to have sushi on this list. In the past year I’ve gone to some really great sushi spots but The Little Izaka-Ya had a GREAT blue crab hand roll! Done deal.

What are your favorite restaurants in the valley/LA? I am working on a Glendale edition of my favorite restaurants since I spend a lot of time there. Stay tuned if you’re interested in good dumplings and dipping noodles!
